This location is great for all trips - within 5 mins walk of harbour, the hotel is situated near to the habour in Victoria.
Beautiful view, the location of this hotel was great - close to the Empress Hotel and the staff were very friendly.

If you are taking the bus from Vancouver, the station is three minutes walk (if that) from the hotel.
They truly couldn't do enough for us, booking taxis, reservations in restuarants, advice for our onward drive to the Vancouver Island Ferry.
It had one large master bedroom with a king size bed with a walk-in closet that was so large that it had a mirrored seated vanity and room for the luggage.
Ours was a basic double room with a great big bed which we were grateful for being out all day.
We had a hallway, bedroom, bathroom, separate sitting room and kitchen with full size cooker, fridge freezer etc.
We were given a suite - lounge, kitchen, two big bedrooms and dressing room.
The living room had a sofa bed that we did not use.
Victoria and want a truly special restaurant experince, excellent service, great food and fantastic views, eat at The Blue Crab Bar and Grill in the COast Hotel.
The rooms are spacious, the bar is good and easy access to restaurants.
It's clean, has a good restaurant and bar, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating.
We stayed here for a night and wished we'd stayed for longer - the room was excellent and although we didn't have a chance to eat in them, the restaurants looked good too.
The restaurant within the hotel looked very nice but a touch expensive, so we ate out.
The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful and car parking undercover was only $2.
Front desk staff are very friendly and accomodating, the hot tub is small.
The best element was the outstanding view looking down Broughton to the harbour, 10/10 on all aspects of this hotel the staff were excellent and the service was prompt and friendly.
A couple of the elevators had some damage that took away from the beautiful lobby area.
One downside,this hotel is popular for coach tours and in the morning there was a long wait for the lifts, because suitcases were being taken down to the lobby.
There are only a couple pieces of equipment and they are not gym quality.
However, there was no high-speed internet connection on floors 1-9, for high speed internet you have to be on one of the higher floors (this was something that from their webpage we assumed they had on all floors).
Friendly helpful staff, clean room and large mirror.
The room was spotless and cleaned every day.
There are a lot of hotels within a block or two - and although I didn't go in their rooms, their lobbies certainly seemed more clean!
We have since been back with friends and we had suites this time which we found to be very nice, very comfortable and very clean.
