The staff were great and very polite, i liked the room and found the bed very comfortable.
The location was excellent for touring the harbour area and the parking was reasonable, the hotel staff were courteous and professional, front desk service was cheerful and helpful.
The location is wonderful, close to the Empress Hotels' Bengal Room has live jazz on the weekends and the staff is very friendly.

Location is superb as is within walking distance from the pacific coachlines depot and we would stay there again we return to your lovely city. Staff are friendly and helpful and check in and out was easy and fast, the suites are sizeable and not bad for the affordable rate.

No pool and not a very private hot tub area as there are facitilies in the near location, service is friendly and attentive and the decor is very nice. Staff is always friendly, courteous, and very professional, the suites are roomy without being cavernous and very clean.
