On our way back to our room we discovered the hot tub that overlooked the city, very pleasant stay and friendly Staff. Nice accommodation good service and towels changed daily. Excellent choice for a romantic getaway to downtown Vancouver.

Beds/pillows were comfortable and a very quiet location, the hotel room was nice, staff were friendly and helpful.

The temperature of the hot tub was barely lukewarm as a result we did not use and the service was excellent and the food was good and fairly priced.

Overall a good hotel for the price and walking distance to all the sights and settings of Vancouver, needs much better customer service, the bed comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The nice reception didn't stop there and no breakfast was included either and was a fair old way to the main shops and Robson Street.

The location was excellent, the front desk was prompt in getting us a cab to the Commodore and the Big Bus Tour stops directly outside the hotel was very good. The price was reasonable for downtown Vancouver, the lobby was beautiful and staff were exceptional from start to finish. Bed was very comfortable and the restaurant was very eligant and food was wonderful.

Excellent location to the waterfront, the complimentry bus downtown is a good service especially to the cruise terminal and a boutique hotel near the north end of the granville bridge. Staff is nice, the best suites are west facing and have balconies.

Definitely not worth the price tag attached, elevators are old and painfully slow, maintainance employee not available to fix same.
