It was right in the middle of downtown, while also in the neighbourhood of the conference centre where I needed to be.

Older building, but great value for the money. A room away from the elevator is recommended, as it is very old and noisy when it is functioning (there are 2). The coffee shop on the first floor is handy. THe staff were friendly and helpful arranging transportation and recommending restaurant choices.

I found the hotel to be more than adequate and less than luxurious. My room was very small ~ had there been two of us in the room, we could not have both gotten past the bed at the same time. Having said that, knowing the size of the room, should I need to stay in that location again, I would do so for the price. It was a good value. Unfortunately, my plans changed after I got to Seattle and I stayed only one night.

its nice that the coffee shop is right down stairs and the rooms were clean

i think the pictures online were deceiving of the hotel. the room was very small and you were definitely able to hear rooms around you. The bed was extremely firm which for me doesnt work. thought it was going to be more classy, but i was let down. was told our room would have a view, it had a view of the library. i was let down and unimpressed, i would not stay there again.

The staff were helpful, room was clean and the bed was great. It was fairly well located, if a little difficult to find.

Not a knock on the hotel, the area where the hotel is located is not the most desirable. Valet parking costs were a bit high.

      The price was ok.

Rooms were too close together, elevators are very old and scary, need Ice machines on every floor and a restaurant

The room was clean, location was accurately described ("downtown business center/district") but not necessarily good (turns out to be a very shady area after dark, frequented by homeless people, and I was warned by locals that it wasn't a safe area to walk alone).

I thought I had booked a room with 2 Q-size bed, however, when I arrived, I was only offered the option of a room with 1 Q-size bed. The hotel staff blamed Booked.net for not offering the choice beween 1 q- size bed, vs. 2 Q-size beds, vs. 1 K-size bed, and said that it wasn't the hotel's fault. Also, their elevators were malfunctioning, and you have to pay extra for parking ($21-27 which I think is expensive).

had never stayed here and chose it for it's proximity to an event in town ...wanted to walk to and fro and did not want to hassle with cabs rentals etc....location was great for that and served it's purpose....the rest.... well....

room was a cluttered small box with very poor appointments that came with a bathroom that a garden gnome would have problems navigating in....nothing like having to back in sideways to go to the bathroom and then have your elbow in the sink as well... obvious scam being run with local limos vs cabs via front door staff...elevators were being repaired and the whole place was kind of a dump

It was in a good downtown location.

Room was so small and the bathroom was the size of a linen closet. And that was a room for 2 adults.

We loved the location and access to all that Seattle has to offer. We did not want a car and were on foot the entire trip. The rooms are not neccessarily luxurious, but offered us everything we needed and were clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were nice. The front desk people were super helpful and if you ask, will give you complimentary bottles of water We would stay there again.

      No fan in the bathroom.

Good location downtown, good rate for downtown hotel.

Room was very small and cramped. No drinking glasses or ice bucket in room. Ventilation system was poor -- room was stuffy. Elevators were slow and cramped. No accessibility for people with walking disabilities. Had to carry heavy luggage up flight of stairs to elevator level. Public parking lot next door also was not accessible -- had to use stairs to reach elevator or street level.

Front Desk staff were very friendly. Handy to have a little Cafe attached to Hotel makes it quick and easy before you go out to explore the City.Great for walking to Market etc. After all you only need the room for hitting the pillow !!!!

A little Old and dingy (colors) but ok for a short stay.Linen were clean :) .

The only thing I liked was the location

The room was small and the staff was on the rude side. The total amount I was quoted on bookit.com didnt include tax so I was suprised to get charged a higher amount. There isnt really a resturant and bar as shown on line. Its separate from the hotel and has lousy hours

Good location, right off the freeway. Rooms were small but comfortable.

It was good for a single business traveler or a young couple but for a family the rooms might be too small.

The Location is good, Room reasonable though a lttle tired. Staff were reasonably helpful. The restaurant was not open, though the attached coffee bar was ok.

The lift noise was audible in our room and we were not close to the lift. The whirring from the cabling or electric motor kept us awake
