  Great location, good restaurants nearby and the new refurbishing of the interior room decor was modern and comfortable. The staff were fantastic, our jacuzzi bath tub was a little broken and just the meal was worth $60. The outside pool was very nice too.

  I liked the proximity of the skytrain to go downtown Vancouver, the hotel restaurant, 'Tivoli's', is good and the lobby is more welcoming and updated. Front desk staff are always nice, the rooms are clean and the outdoor pool would not be usable during the winter months.

  The desk staff were most helpful in directing me to restaurants in the area, the hotel was all right in just about every way and luis Aguilar one on the front desk guys was wonderful. Overall room was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely amazing as well.

  Great location in burnaby, 20 minutes to downtown, good value and on the upside the staff were very friendly. Rooms were very spacious.
