The rooms are newly remodelled and neat. The staff are very courteous and incredibly nice.- Really enjoyed cereals and fruit at breakfast.- The location is marvelous and lovely, with easy access to a fast food eatery.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay for guests.

The accommodation here was perfect for my stay, the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main attractions, the staff were helpful, and the modern design added to the overall experience.

We loved the helpful and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations with a wide variety of delicious vegetarian and vegan options. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a nice bed. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring all the attractions in the city, with easy access to metro, buses, and train stations.

Kindly reception, they will speak Spanish and you can have a free snack from 4 to 7. Free kettle in room. It's well located near Bourse at 5 min approx and less than 10 from the Grand Place. Breakfast quite right with a very helpful and agile waiter. Comfortable bed and parquet in room. Good quality and quantity of amenities.

pillow, there isn't. Instead there are 2 small square cushions that one is hard and too high and other too low. neighborhood is somewhat dirty with quite a few drunken homeless, although it is a general impression of the city, as the price is very expensive but it is what you get if you want 4 stars and to be well located. That they charge you just to do the chek in. They could improve the hair dryer which is not very powerful and for the price they could also put a white tablecloth on the table instead of the plastic quadrants that they clean by wiping it down.

Catalonia Grand Place is a gorgeous and clean place to stay with consistently courteous staff. The hotel has a particularly good location just next door to the pedestrian zone and the airport.

We stayed at a hotel that was conveniently located close to the train station and right in the center of the action. The pedestrian zone and the Grand Place were just a short stroll away. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were always nice and clean. We enjoyed the complimentary tea, coffee, pastries, and sandwiches in the lounge/lobby during the afternoon. The free wifi was reasonably quick and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

One minor drawback was that the mixer tap in the bathroom was at the perfect height to knock your knee on while taking a shower.

I booked a room with an extra bed that was very centrally located, close to a privately held museum.

It's a hotel that I usually go to. I like the situation for the central area of the grand place, I like their staff, friendly and who speaks Spanish, I like their breakfast, the tea time that every afternoon when you arrive you can, for free take a bite and drink something. The room has a suitable size, decoration and comfort, my colleagues usually stay in hotels near the parliament, commission etc. because this is far from there but for me it is great to be able every morning to make a walk through the city to get to work and is my way of doing a little "sport" and then be at work sitting all day ....

time I had a very small problem at breakfast... that doesn't usually happen. first day I went down to breakfast there was no chocolate, cola cao, neskuit... second day I didn't go for breakfast because I had a date at work and third day I did... they already had a system of chocolates to put in the milk that didn't work well because the milk in the thermos flask wasn't very hot and chocolates didn't dissolve... so I couldn't drink milk any day. I'm not a coffee guy. It's true that this is the first time this has happened to me and that it was a one-off. I always like the breakfast of this hotel with quality products, natural juice, products for coeliacs etc. etc...

Comfortable stay, but.

There were a couple of drawbacks. The hotel is located on a main road, which can be quite busy and noisy.

This hotel is recomended. Great service delivered from the reception staff 24 hs. Clean and warm room, excellent location. I will return for sure.
