Location of hotel was great and brilliant and the shuttle from the airport was a big plus. You could walk to supermarkets and a grocery shop. I had the family room which was accommodating and impeccable with all toiletries provided.

The staff provided helpful local information and the breakfast offered a wide variety of meats, cheeses, and continental dishes to choose from.

The location of the hotel is marvellous, close to Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza de España. The breakfast at the hotel, with boiled eggs, bread, and fruit, was sensational.

Loved my really good stay on a business trip. The staff were all friendly efficient and genuinely helpful, which was unquestionably a plus. Boiled eggs, bread, and fruit were really appreciated. The location was magnificent, for example, a huge plaza was within walking distance of the hotel. I didn't feel like leaving, so recommend this venue.

They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with balcony, a splendid bathroom and a couch and care about everyone. Coffee, boiled eggs, bread, and fruit for breakfast are a plus. The hotel has a central location very near a metro station also.

We truly enjoyed the king room, which was brand new with a balcony. A flat-screen cable TV, a balcony, and a safe were good.- The location was magnificent and perfect, just a 5-minute walk from a vast pedestrianized public square.- The area was great for shopping and very close to Parque del Retiro, Gran Via, Espana, and Vodafone Sol square.

Great location near Plaza Espana and Gran Via, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and city sights. Friendly and helpful staff with good English skills. Clean and tidy rooms with a pretty good shower. Excellent WiFi. The BEST nights sleep ever, struggled to get up every morning.

Excellent location. Everyone is nearby and you can safely take this hotel if you don't spend so much time in your room. clean, it's clean, cool that there is a Bluetooth system and you can listen to music in your room through the available speakers. In our case it's a good thing there was a side to the street and there was a balcony - you can't think of any better. I also saw the Courtyard View Rooms and if I got a room there, I think it would be different. There's really water in the lobby, couple of sweets and shampoo in the open - it's hood.

I didn't like the fact that there's no free water in the room - just for the money. The room isn't big, the bath is too, though there's room in the shower. There's no lobby as such, and no wai file in it. If you should take a family room or a regular 15 meters, you can probably get a family room. There's music playing in the hallway and if you want to lie down early it's not a pleasant option. In general, the hotel is good. I described it as a... little thing.

We enjoyed our stay here! This place is located in a shabby road however it’s so close to all main city attractions which is very convenient. We also appreciated the service, like the 24-hour room service that came in handy when we were too tired to go out, and the bell staff/porter that helped us with our luggage. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, including free wi-fi, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.

hotel liked in general almost everything (breakfasts were not checked - we do not know). We took a family room 24m2. Freshly renovated, comfortable rooms, good quality plumbing. presence of parking right in the same building (which is not often for the center of Madrid). the location of the hotel is just great. Not only is it a quiet street with grocery stores around. So there is also a police headquarters and in the evening you can return to the hotel without fear of anything. Well, it's a 3-minute walk to the main street with restaurants, starbucks and big stores. Jelly beans, coffee and champagne are also offered in the reception area (p. s. coffee is really not very tasty to put it mildly:). champagne is exhibited in the afternoon). hotel can be safely recommended.

I didn't like it at all, these little things were really uncomfortable. Music in the hallway. You can hear it in the room, too. she plays all the time. It's up to 22-23 hours. Of course, you can call reception and ask them to turn it off at a later time if you want to rest. even in the afternoon, she was a little annoying to us. There is absolutely no sound insulation between the room and bathroom with the toilet. That there is a glass door, that it is not there is one effect. smell of freshener in the reception area and elevators. It was very sharp and intrusive. Probably the hotel staff tried to mask some other smell with this freshener that they couldn't get out. they still had to hold their breath by entering the hotel.
