This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pools. The bathroom has been recently remodeled and is in excellent condition. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the location is convenient for visiting the falls and exploring the local area. Additionally, the breakfast is included in the room rate.
No improvements needed; everything was fine.

It's very familiar. It has an outdoor pool and a heated one for rainy days (we got 2 rainy days). It is very well located and rooms overlooking the park have a very nice view. It has a lot of sports entertainment for the family (paddle, tennis, soccer, ping pong, mini golf, table tennis). good attention from the reception.
The hotel seems to be old, therefore some of the installations are old, particularly in the room that I got the old and stained carpet, the armchairs that were in the room had all the dirty upholstery. The restaurant has a hot and cold buffet with a bit of variety or a la carte menu (very little variety in this case) but it would be convenient to have more ventilation because it seems that you are inside the kitchen due to the strong smell.

location and staff, kids are really nice and they must be embarrassed at some point. lifeguard at the pool is very nice people.
The Photoshop of the images that come out is great, when you get there and see what's there. Hotel of the 80's without any maintenance, well the right one so that it doesn't decay, who would think of having carpets in the 80's in the jungle, some broken pieces of the carpet, to think that there are microorganisms under that carpet that have not been catalogued yet. This hotel was a 5 star hotel in its day and now it's crashed, no maintenance, well just the right one. I went to smoke at the end of the corridor on the 1st floor and pppppfffff cables over there hanging, lis drops in the open.. a disaster, the pool 80 tera and is a piscinon but the bottom is painted not enracholsfo or with lyner in these times, slippery floor, therefore dangerous. The vows infiviyde soap are reused, the food leaves much to be desired. It's a pity that this infrastructure is like Etel tiempoeson that nobody does anything, in the 80 5*,90 4* hotel and nowadays the one who gives them must be a colleague. It's a real shame, because the staff are very cracks. The last day as it was raining I told us to go to the spa... mother of mine in the heated pool there was a floating cauldron that.. better not to speak a real pity.

This hotel was a great find for our stay near the incredible Iguazu Waterfalls. it offered excellent value for money - we got a cozy room with two single beds on the first level, which was great for our budget. The location was also a plus as it was conveniently close to the city and the falls, making it easy for us to explore both. The staff were friendly and provided attentive service throughout our stay. Basic amenities were well-maintained and we particularly appreciated the comfortable king bed in our room. Additionally, having breakfast included was a nice touch, allowing us to start our day off right without any extra cost.
No major issues, everything was alright!

most outstanding is ALL THE EMPLOYEES, EXCELLENT ATTENTION from the reception, girls who clean excellent cleanliness, impeccable sheets and towels, bathtub always asking if we need anything, guys in the restaurant who served breakfast very nice very attentive all. guys at the restaurant, guys who served breakfast, nice, attentive... remiceros who are there are all very good, one of the guys in particular Raul Espinola did all the traveling, attentive and friendly, good location... whole hotel is very neat, garden, beautiful and clean swimming pool, everything is very clean, elevator, hallways, restaurant, good location... it is a pity that you need to remodel.
The worst thing is the facilities, is a hotel that needs a lot of remodeling the carpets are broken, old furniture, lack of paint, old taps ... all very well pity that the hotel does not agree with what they charge, do not match a 5 star, lacks a good remodeling ... has an EXCELLENT human quality pity that their Spanish owners do not appreciate it and put some money and remodel it to be perfect.

Breakfast and pool garden.
The hotel looks very nice but for me it hasn't earned the 5 stars, it's too old! The spa and pool are in need of renovation too, the staff are quite friendly and polite but when you ask for information they call directly the taxi driver who works for a company subcontracted by the hotel and he tells you where he can take you, very comfortable if very expensive too. For the airport transfer service I was calling the hotel all morning and even though I got an answering machine and was charged for the time I waited I never managed to talk to anyone. They even put us the wash bottles (gel, shampoo and conditioner) with the letters erased from the time the bottles would have and they smelled of alcohol! We couldn't use them, but I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The pool with the slide and the hot spa were amazing. The late check-in option was very convenient for me as my flight got delayed. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the Ice Bar and with easy access to transportation for visiting the Iguacu Falls. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

Even knowing that the stars in Argentinean hospitality are never real, I was disappointed to arrive and find a hotel from the 90s, with little maintenance and without many of the things they promised: The pool that was under repair, and we didn't go without being able to use it (they offered to go to another hotel). The jacuzzi, impossible to enter any of the 5 days, because the little kids used it as a pool. Gym, nonexistent, indoor pool, like the subway D at 18h. The live show or animation, nowhere. Hotel highly recommended for family with small children, but nothing suitable for adults who want peace and rest. Good breakfast, dinner without great pretensions. And like everywhere else, friendly and very efficient people: Graciela, at the reception. (Thank you, thank you!!) and the other one: Joaquín, also at the reception, who not only destroyed us, but also informed us of the most expensive prices of all the tours. Huge rooms. Good location and cleanliness.

The pool was fenced in because they were doing the edge. Considering it's high season I should have been ready. On the other hand, although the spa had an internal heated pool, children were allowed in, so it was impossible to relax. Full of kids jumping, vomiting, spitting up... it should be a relaxing place for adults as well as the playground is for children. On the other hand, the umbrellas that surround the pool are extremely dangerous. On two occasions, one of them came to mind because the staff wanted to close it next to me. There is not a single umbrella that works as such. We wanted to ask for room service and when we called the rest of the rant they made me go down to look for a letter and they didn't know how to indicate that I could ask. When I ordered, they charged me extra to bring it up to the room. When you order room service, it is understood that the order is consumed in the room and there should be no extra charge. The hotel is represented as a five star hotel, but it is a full three star hotel. No more

The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many options including fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries, hot and cold dishes, and even champagne. Another great aspect was the complimentary Easter egg hunt for the kids, which they loved. The hotel is also located close to the main attraction, making it easy to explore.
The rooms were quite dark with limited natural light, which made it difficult to get ready in the mornings. the Wi-Fi connection was very slow and unreliable, which was frustrating at times when trying to plan our activities for the day.

The location and the friendly staff.
It was quite cold during our stay and we had some problems witn the heating system.

The comfort of the room and cleanliness. It is a very good hotel.
The music too loud at the swimming pool area did not allow the place to be a relax/spa hotel. It was too expensive if compared with newer hotels with better view over the river/waterfalls. Food presentation can be improved. If cheaper, it would be excellent!
