  Small and cozy hotel, brilliantly located in a quiet side street from where you can walk to Les Galeries Lafayette and Printemps department stores as well as to l'Opéra Garnier. Our double rooms were all very clean and lovely with modern furniture. We had a minibar, safety box and a a/c in our room. Our bathroom was new and clean with a new shower. Extremely friendly staff people. Delicious breakfast that included yoghurt, coffee/tea, bread, wieners/sausages, cheese, orange juice and marmalade.

  The hotel was clean with and the room we had was wonderfully lighted as well as a bathroom. Nor far from Richelieu-Drouot stop, so it was easy to move around the city from that location. The breakfast was rather good and the stuff was very nice

  No dresser, the room needed paint and was too small, the air conditioning was broken.

  The hotel is in a splendid location (Opera District) and is rather close ( 15 minutes in foot) from major attractions in the centre of Paris. There are a lot of shops and excellent restaurants in the area. Although the rooms are on the small side, everything was clean (with daily maid service) and offered a very nice breakfast. The staff people are very friendly and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. There was a double bed, wardrobe, satellite TV, clean bathroom and a safe box in the room we had.

  Located in the Opera District, this is a lovely little hotel in a charming location. Although they serve a decent (but fixed buffet) breakfast daily, there is a lovely pastry shop around the corner and a few doors away and around the corner is another breakfast and lunch shop, Ekki, that has food to go (importe). There was no bathtub in my room (narrow shower only), and it was small as expected, but the window balcony was cute, and the hotel was clean. The lighting for the bathroom was also excellent for getting ready. In addition, the front desk staff were rather helpful if need be and the maids were very nice.

  The prices are reasonable for the centre of Paris, the hotel is in a perfect location and the staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are good and another great choice in the 17th is 'L'Entregdeu.

  We selected based upon its great location, the place was calm and clean, the front desk staff were rather helpful need be. The gentleman attending the breakfast room was exceptional and teriffic meal - was awesome. The maids were very nice.

  The location is fantastic as is very close to the metro, the hotel staff are very friendly and reasonable prices- there walk the Promenade Plantee. The bathrooms are good.

  The hotel was clean, the staff were good and the maids were very nice. The bathroom was big for European standards and breakfast was very delicious.
