1) The location is great, the hotel is very well situated you ignore the peep-show and rooms do have a simple television.

Plus points are the very central location - very close to the Madelaine and all the main shops.

A great central location 15 min walk from the Seine, this Hotel is fine your not too bothered re room quality.

The next morning while waiting for our taxi to the airport, there were still prostitutes walking up and down the street with their pimp - one even approached my husband while my daughter and I were standing next to him!

It is only minutes from the main shopping area and from the bus stop which runs the Roussy Bus direct to and from Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Room 3 was excellent, as it had a clean and large bathroom and a sliding door to separate the master bed from the twin children's beds.

We had a quadruple room which had two twin beds and a double bed in two small rooms.

Remodeled, clean, large room and bathroom, open airy windows.

The rooms are basic but the bathroom was large and very clean.

Sure the hotel is old, the furnishings a little shabby and no shower curtain in the bath, but it was very clean, the staff extremely helpful & friendly (& patient with us limited French speaking Aussies) and by Paris standards the bathroom was huge!

Breakfast served in a corner and twice the price as the pastry shop around the corner.

There are several good restaurants nearby, a small supermarket and best of all, three metrostations around the corner which serve three different lines!

The bedding was spotless and breakfast pastries were fresh plentiful served.

The reception service was fine, and breakfast was surprisingly tasty (although like most places in Paris I would suggest you steer clear of any Tea offered) but in the end all the little niggles left me a bit disappointed with my stay.

Fluent in French and yet the 'front desk' help was anything but helpful.

There is a tiny old fashion elevator that holds at most 3 people in a cramped fashion.

There is no wi-fi except what you can pick up from surrounding systems.

The room itself was a decent size and was clean enough.

Also rooms very clean, breakfast was surprisingly tasty.

The rooms differ in quality but all are clean and quiet.

Wonderful friendly staff and the bathrooms were clean.

The bathrooms were clean and seemed to have been relatively recently upgraded.
