Always helpful front desk staff, the rooms are excellent value for the modest rate charged.
Room comfortable and clean, good breakfast.
Near shops, the other 10% was accessable by the city tram is very easy to use and private parking is possible at a nearby public facility.

Central location and good shower for a European hotel. Staff were very freindly, room was very comfortable, I think we were actually upgraded was a great bonus.
