Overview

Hotel de l’Avenir is situated on the left bank of the Seine, between the Latin Quarter and Montparnasse. The stunning Jardin du Luxembourg and the Latin Quarter with its busy streets, fashion boutiques, stylish cafés and dining venues are a stone’s throw from the property.

There are 34 comfortable guestrooms with such amenities as TV with the Canal + pay channel, direct phone line, bathroom, hair dryer, double glazing, room's own heating. Some apartments face the courtyard and hence are quieter.

  High view of the streets, the most beautiful city park in Paris and here 's just 2 minutes to get to Jardins du Luxembourg. The hotel is not spectacular, the decoration is simple and quite modern, somewhat soulless, the staff are friendly and helpful. My wonderful room on the top floor, breakfast is efficient and sufficient.

  The location was good and my room on the fourth floor had a balcony overlooking the street and was extremely quiet. The hotel staff were always friendly and ready to help, the lady on reception during the day was wonderful and very helpful. The bed was fresh and comfortable, i could tell, because my towel had a big hole in and was thread bare.

  S location just by hardin du luxembourg and great Cafe across the street. S a quiet central hotel and good staff. The bathroom modern.

  Bare bones for price and broken elevator. Breakfast is poor.

  Perfect location and here 's just 2 minutes to get to Jardins du Luxembourg. Somehow feels that this place needs to be renovated and the staff is uniformly gracious, hospitable and friendly. Recently refurbished, the rooms are contemporary and comfortable.

  Bath the location is superb and the staff are not usually very helpful.

  Luxembourg gardens a block away perfect location and quite big for Paris standards. The friendly desk staff, small rooms and great restaurants.

  Excellent location just a few steps from the jardin du luxembourg and we liked this place as was peaceful. The staff were courteous, friendly, helpful and the hot water in the bathroom was not quite hot enough.

  Nice area, i loved the quiet location of this hotel and pleasant and helpful attitude of staff. The excellent renovated rooms.

  Not much choice and concierge not very friendly sometimes.
