We enjoyed delicious breakfasts with scrambled eggs and tasty pastries, and the convenient location near a food market.

Simply no complains at all, pleasant stay. Beautifuly designed and lovely cosy accommodation with quiet setting near to Place Drouet d'Erlon, restaurant and cafe and the main street. Really helpful staff of the hotel. Easy check-in, parking on-site. Not to mention free wifi!

Ideal hotel, breakfast is great and the rooms are top-class, best possible location close to all main attractions. Really helpful staff ensures you spend a very enjoyable time here. The rooftop bar is a nice plus.

Very good location. The new trams were close by and walking into the town was also convenient

Restaurant service was slow. Do not like hotels which still insist on charging for internet - we will always choose an alternative if we get a chance. Most people just want to collect emails and maybe go briefly on the web and resent a minimum charge which makes email collection expensive.

The location here is fantastic, just a stone's throw from great shops and a beautiful avenue where you can enjoy a nice walk.

The friendly staff, cleanliness and facilities of the room. Location was great, just a short walk from the railway station and to the shops and restaurant area. Short walk to the Cathedral. I didn't experience any "train" noise and I was in a front room facing the station. Good size room , quiet aircon, good sized bathroom. Great value.

The carpet in the hallway common areas is very worn and stained - overdue for replacement. Its a pity, as my room was neat and clean.

Spent here 3 perfect days and can't wait to go back. Pleasant and quiet hotel set in a local area, close to pedestrian area and pedestrian bar/restaurant street.- The location of the venue was marvelous and unbeatable - at a moderate distance from the Museum of the Surrender.

Excellent location with bus and tram stops nearby,and not too far to walk into the centre. Lots of restaurants in next street. Car parking near hotel.

Hotel being renovated and unfreindly as a result. Plastic matress covers make beds hot. Mould in bathroom and room carpet dirty. room very small.

The double room here is brand new with an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe, making it very convenient.

The lifts and wifi were not available. Suggest you check before booking. Family room was very small but comfortable.

The location was great and perfect, close to The Mars Gate. Booked a room with amazing views of the park. The bathroom was good size, with a shower, bath sheets, and slippers.
