The breakfast offered is basic but satisfactory, especially for those with a sweet tooth. The staff at the reception and breakfast area are friendly, professional, and always willing to assist guests.
The hotel lacks proper air conditioning in the rooms, leaving guests freezing at night and resorting to using towels to keep warm.

I had a fantastic stay at a centrally located hotel in Bari. The convenience of being able to easily explore the fascinating nearby attractions was a major plus. The affordability of the transport service made it even better. The hotel itself provided excellent service, allowing us to check in early and offering clean and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms. The breakfast spread was incredible, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel for its location, affordability, and top-notch service.

Thank you everyone for an excellent stay for a business trip. My room at this hotel was a decent size with 2 beds. The accommodation had a central location next to trainstation.

Christmas at this hotel was very enjoyable. The complementary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. The hotel is located close to the train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city. there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing - there wasn't much variety and the food wasn't always replenished in a timely manner. the Wi-Fi was slow and required frequent re-login.
