This hotel is perfectly located and easily accessible from key temples and shopping areas. The staff was warm and welcoming, making us feel at home. The seafood thali at the restaurant was absolutely delicious and worth trying. The hotel provided free parking, which was very convenient.

The wifi was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience. the breakfast spread could have been better.

We enjoyed location and the food here, everything needed for our vacation was provided. All the staff was FRIENDLY everywhere in the hotel. You can easily park on free parking really close to the venue.

The staff were incredibly accommodating and provided good service, even when I arrived late at night. The front desk receptionists were polite and courteous. Additionally, the air conditioning was effective, which made for a comfortable stay.

During my Easter break, I stayed at a hotel that provided very courteous staff and hygiene was maintained very well. the hotel had a great location near a hospital, providing easy access to medical services. The food was also quite tasty, especially the North Indian cuisine.

The hotel was lacking in authentic Kerala food options and the quantity of food in the buffet was not enough. It was also a bit inconvenient to have to travel a bit to reach the city center.

We stumbled upon this hotel during our trip to a rural location and were pleasantly surprised! The location is on State Highway No, close to Ettumannor temple and in a very quiet neighborhood. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with clean carpets. The bathrooms were large and very clean. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and without any insects. The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful with any issues.

The gym facilities were not available during our stay.
