I was completely blown away by my stay at this amazing hotel tucked away just outside the town. The stunning green gardens provided a serene and spacious atmosphere, making it a truly jaw-dropping experience. The pool area was mind-blowingly fantastic with plenty of sunbeds to choose from. The all-inclusive deal we got was an absolute steal, and the fact that it was only a short 50-minute drive from the airport was super convenient. The variety of food at meal times was great, although I would have loved to see more vegetarian options, like veggie sausages at breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly, although I must say, the hotel didn't quite reach the 4-star standard I expected. The main reception area was renovated, but the other areas were not up to par. Our room had three single beds instead of the double and single that we had requested, and the comfort of the beds was below average. While there were some attractions for kids, the hotel seemed to cater more towards the 45+ age group, especially those from Germany. Nonetheless, the accommodations were nice, even though they were on the older side. Everything was clean, and the breakfast and dinner offered a good selection of tasty food. The beach, which was just a short 5-minute walk away, was also nice. my stay was absolutely fantastic, with lots of positive aspects that made it a truly enjoyable experience.

I chose this hotel for attending a symposium and was impressed by the 3 meeting rooms available. They were perfect for accommodating my business meetings, as well as gatherings with family and friends. The hotel provided audiovisual equipment upon request, making it convenient for presentations and discussions.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. A dedicated space with computers and printing facilities would have been helpful for my professional needs.

The hotel's decoration is simply lovely, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas are well-maintained and easily accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated the cozy seating areas where I could relax and chat with my fellow guests. The hotel's layout and amenities were designed with our comfort and convenience in mind.
The only improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and considerate towards our needs. A little extra patience and assistance from the staff would go a long way in making us feel even more welcomed and valued during our stay.

I chose this hotel specifically for attending a business meeting and I was pleased with the availability of 3 meeting rooms that could accommodate up to 250 people. The audiovisual equipment provided upon request was also a great feature.
I did find that the hotel lacked a dedicated business center with office services such as printing and copying, which would have been helpful for my work needs.

The staff at this hotel are seriously awesome - super friendly and always going the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. And let me tell you, the coffee at the pool bar is mind-blowing! The atmosphere is so relaxing, especially by the nice pool where you can unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel itself has a really cool 70s style that's totally en vogue right now. Oh, and the fresh grilled fish every day? Absolutely delicious! The all-inclusive drinks selection is decent, and overall, this place offers amazing value. The food variety during meals is good, although it would be nice to have more vegetarian options and veggie sausages at breakfast. But come on, the fresh food selection is jaw-dropping! The newly renovated reception area is nice, and the facilities are top-notch. The hotel's big and beautiful garden adds an extra touch of relaxation. Plus, the location is amazing - just a short walk to the beach. And don't even get me started on the pool area - plenty of chairs and always a fun time. the Exagon Park has everything you need for an incredible stay.

I absolutely adored the hotel's decoration and general areas. The interior design had a charming vintage touch that brought back memories of my younger days. The hotel's accessibility was also top-notch for senior people like myself. I was pleased to find that there were ramps and elevators available, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel without any hassle.
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and understanding of our needs. While they were generally polite and helpful, there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more patient and considerate towards us senior guests.

Location top. Outside very nice.
Water in the indoor pool was dirty. Breakfast didn't suit us. No fresh. Water from the tapis not potable, but it was offered for tea?! Coffee was also inedible.

The breakfast and also the dinner were very good. The location of the hotel - if you like it quiet - is very nice. The generous pool landscape is particularly worth mentioning. The view from room 405 was really beautiful.
For a 4 star hotel the standard of the room in any case should be revised. The nostalgic wood as well as the woollen blankets as duvets are no longer contemporary. Furthermore, the bathrooms need to be renovated.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location next to a nature reserve, providing a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. It's also located close to a lovely beach, perfect for swimming and snorkelling. The rooms are spacious and include helpful amenities like a football pitch and tennis court for a small deposit fee.
The air conditioning in the rooms was not very powerful and could be improved for better comfort.
