The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a McDonald's, which is great for those who prefer familiar food. the hotel staff is helpful and prompt in attending to any issues, as they were able to fix a broken item in a guest's room while they were out. The rooms are comfortable and some even offer a balcony with a view of the inner hotel garden, providing a pleasant atmosphere.
The hotel's free Wi-Fi is reported to be very slow.

I had a fantastic Christmas stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the conveniences I needed for a relaxing holiday. I particularly loved the fact that I had a balcony with a view of the hotel's lovely garden - it was so pleasant to wake up to that every morning. Another great aspect was the option to order breakfast "a la carte" - I could choose exactly what I wanted to eat, or I could opt for the buffet if I was feeling more adventurous. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel right at home.
While my overall experience was excellent, there were a couple of minor downsides. the location of the hotel was a bit tricky to find initially.

During my Easter vacation, my hotel stay experience was quite good. The hotel room was spacious and clean, with elegant furniture. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was quite satisfactory, and the hotel's Wi-Fi was free of charge. Another great aspect was its close proximity to local restaurants and shopping areas, making it easy for us to explore the city.
We had a few unpleasant experiences during our stay. The hotel staff was quite unhelpful and had trouble communicating in English.
