  Very traveller friendly hotel, convenient like staying at home and i would rate very good. Moreover the location is excellent and taxis could be arranged by the concierge for a reasonable fixed price. We loved every minute of our special time there, easy access to food stalls nearby and the lobby is well laid-out. The reception is very helpful and internet is free.

  The hotel is comfortable, rate is friendly and convenient for meals - just a 5-minute walk to a good coffee-shop. Rapid bus service is very efficient and quiet even on Gurney Drive. Staff are excellent and the concierge is very helpful and attentive.

  The lobby is a bit dated, the single glazed windows don't protect you from the noise and the food is a bit disappointing. Batu Firenge is a better locality for indians also because the local market is in BF.

  THe hotel is near Georgetown and location is good. Taxis could be arranged by the concierge for a reasonable fixed price and beside the famous gurney drive district. Staff are friendly and helpful, the room is clean.

  That's unacceptable since we had to wait 45 minutes at the lobby just to check in, breakfast is so poor.

  Good value for money, dinner in a renovated old house and for the price that we paid for. The pool area was large, our room was perfect on a quiete floor over looking the town and i found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Air conditioning worked great and the mini bar was well stocked.

  Toilet was dirty we get the cleaner to clean and breakfast was always busy full of customers. So the original receptionist we found was just useless, the efficiency of processing check-in was slow.

  The hotel is beautiful, a 10-minute walk to the amazing Gurney Dr Hawker Centre at the roundabout and good service at egg station during breakfast buffet. Staff at front desk are prompt, the check-in clerk is not helpful and the rooms are clean. Stone's throw away from a variety of food & dining experiences and facilities are adequate.

  Relaxing happy atmosphere, great Cantonese food at the in-house Chinese restaurant and for the price that we paid for. The location was good and our room was perfect on a quiete floor over looking the town. Staff were helpful and courteous, check-in was pleasant.

  Old taxi was called by the transportation desk and the bar could be made to look more modern.

  The sea view was good choice and the hotel in general were excellent. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was decent a little disorganised.

  Location is between good and excellent, hotel staff really kind towards you once you get to know them. In addition the room is big and breakfast is great.

  The view from my room was lovely, we got a good rate for a hotel of this category and staff were a bit too prompt to clear plates away. Additionally the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very nice.

  Located in a well served and the room atmosphere was very good. The staff was courteous and the bed was one of the most comfortable I'd ever slept on. The choise of food for breakfast was excellent and delicious.
