  The hotel is situated close to the huge shopping center, staff very nice and welcoming, speak excellent English, rooms are spacious and well equipped.

  Large hotel to far out of town and good that the staff speak fluent English.

  The room has a rather old style design and internet access is bad.

  The service was very good, rooms were comfortable.

  Hotel staff were the absolutely the most unprofessional and unfriendly people i ever experienced, breakfast was poor.

  Large and very comfortable room, good breakfast, just less choice. Free swimming pool.

  Wifi only in downstairs noisy areas, hotel was looking dated in places and in need of a handyman to repair tatty fixtures, the staff were not very helpful.

  Beautiful bathroom, good breakfast and excellent choice. Great spa.

  The room was spacious and clean and had tea making facilities in the room, the food was good.

  Breakfast was not included like in other hotels and staff were also quite slow to clear tables.

  Location is very good and hotel is excellent. Expo venue are really great and room is big and comfortable. The bar staff is very nice.

  Taxi service is ridiculous expensive and the fountain under our wndow began to work very noisy since 9 o'clock. Tv is old crt style and the restaurant is worthless.

  Near the shoping city and huge shoping mol nearby. Nice hotel in vienna and for sure better rates than ours through Booked. Free internet cable in lobby and friendly staff. The room is clean and the bar is lively and open late.

  Wellness area is good and the food is excellent, turned into a cheaper kind of hotel for group travels. Rooms are quite large and the spa facility is nice.

  Good location and hotel was great. Free wifi in lobby area was a bonus, the female staff, were always helpful, polite and pleasant, the room I stayed in of the 5th floor was very nice. Breakfast was decent.
