The hotel is very modern and in a great location close to Grand Place although on a busy road.

They helped us to find a taxi to the airport, they gave us information of everything we wanted.

The location is good - 5 minute taxi ride from the Eurostar station (Brussels Midi) costing EUR 6.

Beds were large and comfy although only one pillow per bed!

The room was clean and everything worked but the bed was very firm!

Beds very comfortable, rooms have minibar and electronic safe.

We were stung with a room with an internal window looking on to the lobby and other people's rooms.

I was so lucky to get one of these ones (according to the plan in the room, half of the rooms have only interior facing windows).

Breakfast is a bit basic and there is no bar in the hotel though you can order drinks from reception in the lobby.

4* status i must say - no facilities at hotel & no restaurant either, just overpriced breakfast option.

You can also go next door to Delifrance - large breakfast for 5 euros per person from very friendly deli.

Location was perfect for us - close enough to everything, 5 Euro taxi from Brussels Midi, short walk to Grand Place, close to the bars and restaurants (try Neuf Et Voisins for cheap, good food in a great atmosphere).

There are also plenty of restaurants to eat around there.

Near metro station, the best hotel i booked and great service delivered from the reception staff 24 hs.

The staff (reception) were so helpful, that one of them sat down with me and helped me work out my whole trip and thanks to them i had a wonderful christmas :).

I liked the location, polite hotel staff and the reception was also open 24/7 so checking in late wasn't an issue.

If you want tea or coffee you'll have to go down to the lobby and make it yourself.

Use of the lobby computer for Internet cost 8 Euros an hour, with an hour being the minimum time (you can find Internet cafes for far less).

Just to make it clear that the problem was not ours, as we stayed on the small lobby for almost 3 hours, waiting for the check in time, we could see other persons having the same problem with that door.

Internet was available in the main foyer.

Friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms.

Rooms were very clean, we were offered a free breakfast.

Excellent Location, clean and very good value for money, the rooms actually quite comfortable.

The hotel reception was nice and modern (not in any way dingy as someone suggested) and the rooms were modern and clean.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the facilities in the room were clean.
