We were pleasantly surprised by the sleek, modern interior of the hotel. The monogrammed towels in the immaculate bathroom added a touch of luxury. The free WIFI actually worked in our room, a rare find. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The hotel's location was perfect for easy access to attractions and transportation. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in BA.

Europlaza was a wonderful place to stay in Buenos Aires. The location is in the city center, within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The staff is helpful and courteous, if not exactly warm and friendly. Rooms are lovely and clean, and the breakfast buffet serves a variety of baked goods, fruits, cereals, meats and cheeses.
Expensive for backpackers who are tired of hostels, although a good value for families and couples.

very, very clean, nice staff, very good location.
Poor breakfast, charged 21% for city tax, thus the value for money wasn't so good

We loved the helpful staff and the clean room with attention to detail. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a lot of choices.
Everything was fantastic.

The attitude and hospitality of staff.Everybody was very gentle and kind with me.
That I got back to my room at 4 pm and it was not ready. The woman was making it at that time, which I consider too late. I had to wait downstairs until she finished.

The hotel is downtown, yet central to everything. Basic and simple, good value for money. The area whilst a little run down, is safe and as a female solo traveller I felt completely safe. There is a great restaurant next door and a great little plaza with little coffee shops and cocktail places next door. Recoleta is about a 45 min walk. What makes this place is the amazing staff. English speaking (which I found actually rarer than I thought in Buenos Aires). The guys at the front desk could not be more helpful with luggage, directions, advice, tours etc .. I would stay again but only because the staff are so fabulous.

Good room service, the food was quite good for a hotel. Nice art and decor in the hotel, and the bed was comfortable. We liked the view from the room, which faced the quieter side of the building. The location was great for exploring the city.
The room was not as clean as it could have been, there were a few stains on the carpet and furniture. The bathroom had a musty smell that was unpleasant.

If you're looking for a central location, great value for money and good Wi-Fi, this hotel is for you. We took an Easter break here and were pleasantly surprised by our stay. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast with some decent options and a clean room with comfortable beds. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to suggest some local restaurants, which we loved. Plus, the hotel was located within walking distance of a major shopping area and tourist attractions.
The hotel lacked soundproofing, which made for some noisy nights. We could hear people in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and within walking distance of many tourist sites. The area was safe and close to the main street. The staff were helpful and the room and bathroom were clean and attractive. The breakfast had a good selection of items.
The hallway could be noisy at times with staff cleaning other rooms in the early mornings.
