  The hotel reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were CLEAN, SPOTLESS and VERY comfortable.

  The decor kind of looked as a 1960s tacky rendition of the versailles and friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds pillows, good breakfast.

  The food was lovely and the location is fantastic, the breakfast at the EUROPEJSKI hotel is more than adequate as is the service.

  The staff are rude and unhelpful, room too small there is no elevator.

  Only a five to ten minute walk and you are in the city square, the hotel needs only an elevator to make perfect.

  The room was a great size, even a seperate sitting area, the hotel staff were very helpful and the bathrooms were good better than I expected. Breakfast was excellent.

  Krakow is a wonderful city i would recommend to everyone, the bar in the hotel is nice,just like an Irish bar,very cosy.
