We stayed at the Europahaus Wien for the second time and had a great experience. The hotel may be basic, but the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location, though outside the center, is easily accessible with tram and bus stops nearby, making it convenient to explore the city. The free parking was a bonus, and we appreciated the peaceful surroundings and beautiful park nearby. The friendly staff and comfortable beds added to our enjoyable stay.

Additionally, the hotel is located in a nice surrounding park-yard, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we felt welcomed and attended to.

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. The room looked old and run-down, with broken shower doors, a cracked sink, and a dirty and yellowed toilet seat.

We stayed at a hotel near the tram station, which made it convenient to explore the city. The proximity to Schonbrunn palace was a major plus, allowing us to easily visit this beautiful landmark. The U-bahn station was also within walking distance, making it convenient to travel around. The hotel was surrounded by a huge garden, providing a peaceful ambiance. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options to choose from, catering to different tastes.

The bathroom facilities were not up to par, as they were small and lacked sufficient amenities.

The hotel is in excellent condition. The room was spacious, bright, clean, comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Nice buffet breakfast. Free car parking, which is very nice. It has great connection to Vienna public transportation system. It is absolutely a great value for the money.

I would not say, that I did not like it - it is just a little disadvantage. The hotel is situated quite far from City center, so you need approximately 20-30 min to get there by public transportation.

The hotel is conveniently located near tram line, which makes it easy to get to Stephen's Plaza in just 20 minutes. It is also situated in a beautiful park, with Schloss nearby, providing a picturesque surroundings. The rooms are newly remodeled, with flat TVs and new furniture. The staff is helpful and the buffet breakfast is great. Parking is free and there is even a candy automate for late-night drinks.

The breakfast could be better and some of the beds and furniture in the rooms are quite old.

Room was clean and very well prepared. Underground 15 mins from the hotel (on foot). Nice location to vistit Vien as tourist. Remember to get LAN cable to connect to the internet from a hotel room.

The hotel's location near a supermarket and a tram stop was incredibly convenient. The staff, although young, were polite and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for someone like me. it was a great choice for a comfortable vacation for senior people.

In one of the rooms the fridge wasn't entirely clean and the ventilation in the bathroom was dusty, so no really efficient.

And the delicious breakfast provided a great start to each day. we highly recommend this hotel.

The location was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to Vienna. The room itself was beautiful and clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We particularly appreciated the secure private parking available on the property. we highly recommend Europahaus for a pleasant and reasonably priced stay.
