During my stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire property and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel facilities were also impressive, particularly the well-maintained swimming pools and pleasant pool gardens. Additionally, the breakfast and dinner menus offered a variety of delicious Italian and French cuisine.

The piano bar was available on the premises. We loved the fact that we chose europa terme. For sure we would stay here again.

The hotel had a good spread of food with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect as it was located in the centre of the town, close to shops and other amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms and facilities were relatively basic and didn't offer any extra luxuries. The Wi-Fi wasn't very strong in the rooms, making it difficult to stay connected. The pool towels had to be rented separately instead of being provided by the hotel.

Good food with a wide selection and kind staff with great location near luxury shopping. The mineral/hot spring fed pool was a highlight as well as the nearby wineries and inns in the adjacent hills for delicious wine and food. We enjoyed the romantic ambiance and had a nice time overall.

The rooms were not up to par were spartan and uninspired as were the halls. The towel policy was quite bothersome as we had to pay extra for towels for the main attraction— the pool, steam, and sauna.
