The location is wonderful, hotel is situated in the old town and personnel is friendly.

Close to all the main sites and 2) The hotel is in a perfect location.

We loved this hotel, location was perfect, the most beautiful and historic street in Vilnius.

Here's why: First of all, we had booked transfer from the airport to the hotel, but the car never showed up so we had to take taxis.

Situated just inside the old town area it is convenient for exploring al of the old town on foot with many good class restrauants nearby.

Historical value of the building, polite staff and upon the arrival the receptionist surprised us by upgrading our room from standard to suite.

In fact, we later found out that because of the age and historical value of the building, there was no air conditioning in most rooms (including ours).

My wife made an issue and we were begrudgingly upgraded to a suite where there was some air conditioning.

From our second morning and for the rest of our stay, there was no hot water in any of the rooms.

Surprised us by free upgrade to deluxe room.

The breakfast room is lovely, the food in the restaurant is absolutely delicious.

We still wanted to eat at the restaurant which supposedly should have great food, so we decided to have dinner there one day prior to our original plan.

The breakfast was wery good, fresh fruit, hot dishes, good variety of bread etc.

We were told we only had 5 minutes to eat breakfast (when we had turned up on time!

The staff was all over attentive and friendly, especially in the hotel bar.

Excellent service, good rooms and the staff were very helpful in directing us towards restaurants.

Quiet hotel, 3) 's a fine old building and staff very pleasant and helpful.

The receptionists made appointmenst at a SPA for us and they gave us good advice when we asked about something.

Furthermore the room was very nice and clean, breakfast was delicious, the conference facilities we used were excellent.

We had a delux room, which was wery large, clean and nice.

Location is great, the hotel is about a good 20-25 minute walk to the old town and ensuite bathroom are very clean.

A clear case of poor customer relations on top of an unethical decision taken in giving our prepaid room to another guest.

The staff were excellent, our rooms were spacious and buffet breakfast was varied and fresh.
