Good location in the city and close to old port.

Entire city center is available by foot and the best about this hotel is 's location.

Superb location and value for money is good for Rotterdam.

The metro station "Leuvehaven" is one minute away, so too is the tram station where trams take you to sites like Euromast.

The centre and the train station are within walking distance (about 15 minutes to each).

Central location, the hotel rooms were very pleasant and the bed was comfortable enough.

The room surprisingly was very clean, the bathroom was gleaming and the beds were lovely (very comfy too!

The bed was comfortable, then the receptionists were very friendly.

The Hotel is amongst office buildings the rooms are very small and smelly the optional breakfast is in a very small room the building struggles for natural light.

It has what is the smallest room I ever encountered in a three-star hotel: Two beds, with a one-foot aisle, took up the whole room.

No restaurant and no vending machines; some restaurants nearby but none seemed particularly good.

Convenient position, near the maritime museum and nice restaurants.

Quiet hotel, surprising close to a street full of cool bar and the staff are very friendly.

The bar area was also very old fashioned with old tables and chairs and dodgy carpet.

About two minutes walking distance is the BAZAR restaurant which is a MUST if you stay at this hotel.

Heart of Rotterdam, nice hotel nearby city centre and the front desk staff were extremely helpful.

Location was perfect for shops and the reception team were very helpful especially booking the ferry coach for me.

Erasmusbrug parking garage is 5 minutes walking distance and you can buy a voucher at reception which gives you parking for 24h at the rate of 14 Euros, which is only 1 Euro cheaper than at the carpark itself.

The staff are very friendly and most of them can speak fluent English which helped.

I found there is no good customer service in this hotel.

The hotel itself has no cark park, there is a pay-and-display car park right in front of the building but parking is at the hefty rate of 0,5 Euros per hour.

Staff very helpful and friendly, the room was comfortable and clean.

In addition comfortable and excellent value for money, very friendly service, clean room were the only things I liked.
