  The rooms were spacious and well furnished, they were cleaned everyday and clean towels were left daily. The food was good, all 3 of my children found something to eat, even my fussy 14 year old daughter. Also people reserved sun beds at 5 o'clock in the morning, However this didn't bother us much, as there was plenty of flat greenery where you can lie out on a towel. All in all the holiday was great value for money and was situated in a good location!

  The food was ok if you could fight your way through the german blitzkreig ha haa and if you cud find a table there was lots to eat and the kids were happy with there meals we found a few places to see and a small beach which was gud as you could surf there the water was clean and clear and is safe for small kids to paddle the beach was kept clean at all times. As for the hotel the rooms were not cleaned ever while we were there and we complained loads.

  The hotel was full of Germans and they were at there arrogent best the entertainment was only put on for them i dont think we heard one english song if we hear slappy slappy slappy one more time i will blow a fuse it was so bad the entertainment we found ourselves going to our rooms to play cards as there is not much to do in the town anyway. They were at the pool putting towls down at 6 in the morning so basically it is a hotel for Germans.

• We visited this hotel, on 8th october for a week, travelling with my 3 month daughter and another couple with a 3 1/2 month child, we found this hotel, a never to visit again hotel, the staff never smiled the guests weren't even smiling, yes there are a lot of fault at this hotel but don't let it ruin your holiday, when you pay peanuts you do get monkeys. I have to say there was one member of staff who was very helpful, a young lad on reception, anyone else don't waste your breath! This hotel needs a good refurbishment lifts were out of action, staff using lift from 8-10am you could't use the lifts as cleaning staff used them, with a buggy it's a bit hard to take the stairs when your on the 5th floor.

  The bar area is so digustingly filthy it's unfit for children to be sitting in, with chairs with spilt drinks and sick over them! The food, well it catered for germans really, we ate out everyday after seeing the food on the first night, the restaurant was packed in october so god help any guests in june-august you will have to be at the restaurant when it opens to get a seat never mind hot food.

  Ok our shower wasn't working great but got it fixed, food was ok but if you have picky children you may struggle with meals.

  This was our first hoilday in Mallorca and we usually go self catering, we found our room very clean, staff were all very nice, food was really good, plenty of choice, we had clean towels every day, local beach was lovley and nice little shopping centre near by, ideal for young children as there are plenty of activities for them, my teen age daughter [15] found it a bit boring at times.

  The first week was ok after changing rooms from the first offering of a twelth floor appt with no locking patio doors, which our 6 year old twins found amusing, but i didnt, to a lovely ground floor appt with no noise.

  Whilst the staff were friendly and appeared to want to help, they were hampered by a considerable break down in communications between themselves, to the extent where nobody had a clue what was going on with any requests.

  Upon arrival (and throughout the week) I have never seen a reception so full of complaining guests before. I myself spent a considerable part of my holiday time in the reception area trying to get various issues resolved, with limited success. Our rooms were cleaned every day but the rooms themselves were in a pretty poor state - furniture was in a state of disrepair / aircon wasnt working. However, be warned the toilets in the restaurant never ever had soap in them despite me complaining on three separate occassions. Here's a tip: never use a toilet door handle and be careful of the tongs!

  4 pools which were cleaned everyday, our only niggle was if you didn't rise early then it was a struggle to get a sunbed and umbrella that didn't have a towel already on it being reserved until later.

  The rooms are exceptionally clean and is the rest of the hotel.

  Loved the Pina Coladas and Hot Chocolate before bed!

  The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly and the pool area is nice which are the only good things I have to say about it.
