Its staff was exceptionally nice and specialised. The location especially in the restaurant which is the nicest was good and absolutely perfect. And it was also not far from the rooms, the corridors, all the public areas, the quaint shops, and town centre.

Marvellous location right by good restaurants, an old monastery and the surrounding areas in a very historic area. Also, easy access to Porta da Senhora da Piedade. Unique building and rooms with good beds. Paid US$ 97.

I had the most tranquil and serene experience at The Literary Man. Surrounded by books, it truly lived up to its name. The freshly prepared breakfast each morning was stunning and exceeded my expectations. Despite minor condensation on the windows, the beautiful decor and friendly staff made my stay an absolute treat. I highly recommend this hotel.

it's a very unusual hotel, and as a bookworm you must be a real bookworm, you should have been there for one night, and have had dinner in the library. It was really a visual and culinary experience. Also the breakfast the next morning. Perfect
