The location of the hotel is good. It is close to Serena park and there is beautiful lake with small sand beach in 100m from the cottages. Terrace is big with nice view. Convenient system with code key - no real key is needed. The hotel staff is very responsive and helpful.
We were there in July. There is no air conditioning system in the cottage and It is too stuffy inside. There is no Wi-Fi as it was promised. Shower was not working. The furniture on the terrace is very unsafe and it looks like it will fall into pieces if you seat on that or put something on table. To my mind the price is high for such type of cottage.

Gorgeous location, very convenient for family holidays, as nearby is a water park and promenad. .The cottage is very clean, quite comfortable.Thank you.
Unfortunately, our stay upset is not entirely comfortable. Not working, dishwasher, sauna, windows without handles, all windows opened one handle. The doors in the cabinets fall off.

The mentioned Wifi service did not work. I requested a service personnel to check the Wifi service, but nothing happened. The price of the accommodation is a bit too high.

We liked it because it was comfortable and cosy for winter days like February!!. We also liked it because of the surroundings - trees and ideal for a walk. It is close to a ski resort and also for the bus stop
That there were not enough space for all the stuff (clothes,baggages, etc...) of 8 persons.

Beautifull nature! There is the sauna in the cottage.
No service. Nobody at all! I book this hotel, because, all the hotels in Helsinki were full on my dates. And to call to taxi or to buy something you have to go to the other hotel. So, this is not good variant for bussiness trip.But if you are going for holidays with your family or with friends, it is good variant, but take food with you!
