All of the staff were excellent, affable. It was in an incredible location close to a pedestrianized square. A shopping street and boutiques were right next door:)))

The food is good and the breakfast was amazing. It has particularly good and amazing location for visiting a 15th-century Dominican church.

I truly enjoyed having 1 queen size bed and 1 single bed in the room, that was big and practical too. Climate control, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea makers were provided. Hotel's location was great, at the city centre.

Favourable very central location, adjacent to exclusive boutiques and the historic center and all the main attractions.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of my room at Hotel Esperanza. The bed was cozy and the bathroom was clean. Despite the previous reviews, I did not encounter any issues with mold or dirty sheets. The location of the hotel was also excellent, allowing me to explore the city easily on foot. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel was amazing and incredible, in the heart of the city center. Well-equipped and reasonably large rooms had central heating, TV, and coffee/tea makers.

It was in a great and favourable location with a picturesque medieval arched river bridge nearby. The breakfast was very tasty and marvellous and there were a wide range of options. In general the staff were VERY HELPFUL and excellent.

We couldn't find elevator.

Exceptionally clean, hip new hotel, I enjoyed big size rooms and attentive staff. Great and stunning location to attractions like a medieval stone bridge, that was right by the property. And it was also close enough to old florence, the train station Firenze Santa Maria Novela and the city center;)))

Overall nice stay of a repeat visit. Big size and practical room and climate control, multi-channel TV and coffee/tea makers inside. Particularly good setting, really close to train station & Douma, main attractions, and the city centre. Also, down an alley behind the gucci store.
