      Good location for walking around and great variety of restaurants nearby. The Main Square of Santiago, staff helpful and the rooms are nothing fancy, the service is amazing.

      Location near the center of the city and good Value Hotel. The staff were friendly.

      The window lock was broken allowing anyone on the outside to gain access to the room and the Elevator was out of order every day for at least. Breakfast was simple to put kindly.

      Location is excellent for day time activities and the hotel is centrally located and the desk clerks were very helpful.
