Close to many wonderful shops, the hotel's location is excellent and the.

Great location at Gran Via, pleasant staff and the room has excellent infrastructure.

Good location, excellent value for the money and staff were very helpful.

The hotel is in a fantastic location 200 metres from the Paza Espane metro station (20 minutes from the airport by Metro).

Easy to get to from the airport, the kitchen facilities are excellent.

Except for the bed, the furniture was OK, but rooms could use a make-over.

The rooms were clean, living room had a good size, but bedroom was small.

There was only one small TV in the living room, none in the bedroom (no English channel).

Shower water was forceful, but the water temperature varied and due to the small glass door on the bathtub there was no way to keep the bathroom floor dry when taking a shower.

Great location, helpful staff and spacious room/apartment for 3 friends.

We are sorry to say that the only assets are its location and food prices in their restaurant.

There are lots of reasonably priced bars and restaurants around just have a look on the internet for details.

Simple but adequate breakfast on the premises.

Location was excellent and we didnt speak much Spanish so was great that the staff spoke English.

The hotel does not have a lobby where you could sit and spend the extra time waiting for an early evening flight on a windy, cold departure day.

The rooms were very clean and had the bonus of a small kitchen cupboard.

The bathroom was very clean and a good size.

Having stayed in a 4 star hotel the previous year in Madrid and found the room tiny, this was a refreshing change - the room was large and very clean.

    Very central location, not far from the famous Plaza Mayor and reasonable price. Very helpful staff, very big room and perfect choice. Beautiful gardens.
