    To use the fold out bed (at midnight), we had to walk down to the front desk (in our pj's) to get the bedding.

    The crib we needed, we had to lug to our room and figure out how to set it up!

    The room had a kitchen, but absolutely no dishes in the room!

    Breakfast in the morning was very slim selection, and very poor quality.

    It felt like everything we went to use, we had to call to the front desk to get first.

    You have to go to the front desk and check out any items needed!

    Again in the morning, to get more towels (there were only two), we had to walk down to the front desk.

    The pool was in desperate need of a cleaning.

    The rooms were clean, but nothing impressive.
