There wasn't any extra blankets or towels that could improve the softness of the bed.
The bed is beyond being just slightly uncomfortable.
Just to be certain I asked an unknown man in the elevator if his bed was hard too.
At one point in the night I went to sleep in the chair, I found it better than the bed.
All the Extended Stays had beds that felt like they were made of trampoline canvas.
The Olympia site has no daily maid service so get your own towels.
The showers in the Olympia location are pathetic with weak water pressure :-( whereas the Fife location has awesome water pressure and daily maid service.
The manager in Fife was kind and gave me free internet because I was good customer.
