    The hotel has an attractive and good motel for the price.

    The location was wonderful 's convienient to almost everything, the hotel clerk was very friendly and apologetic, the lobby was clean.

    He gave us the key to another room, but when I viewed the room (not a handicapped room) it was MUCH smaller on all accords (room, bed, TV, kitchen area, bathroom).

    Although both the room was large and the beds were large and comfortable, the first thing I noticed were a bunch of dead small bugs in the kitchen area and a couple in the bathroom.

    The rooms were old and the bed was not very comfortable.

    I chose the "Signature Studio" (most expensiv option on the site) I guess the signature studio means you get two small bars of soap, dirty linen, filthy room, and unfriendly staff.

    As does the professional friendliness of the entire staff and then cleaned the entire room again.

    Additionally a deluxe continental breakfast.

    The hotel had great service and all the staff even the housekeepers were very helpful.

    Some hotels are great to look at from the outside and the staff is very nice.

    Dn't expect any assistance from your online travel website customer service.

    Night shift personnel were not very responsive nor knowledgeable of the hotel or accomodations.

    The internet access was intermittant at best - kept getting kicked off.

    The stay was a nice transition for my daughters, the room we had was very clean.

    99% of hotels are just fine, the staff is extremely courteous and the rooms are clean.

    We got someone to clean the bugs up and decided to stay in the 1st room.
