    They were still waiting for their room after 6:00 (as we saw them at Denny's) The rooms were ok.

    Only one pillow per person and the bed was extra hard.

    I arrived at 3:30 to check in and was told that only the smoking rooms had been cleaned and it would take another 15 minutes to clean the non-smoking room.

    Another guest was waiting for a different room as their first room had no working phone and had an odor.

    After waiting at least an hour and a half, still no room.

    My family waited in the lobby as the manager continued to tell us just another 15 minutes.

        034;no HBO, no paper service, no breakfast, no pool, no working vending machines, stained box springs (looks like coffee, hope it's coffee), recliner covered in burn holes, overbearing smell of perfume to cover another odor, painfully slow wireless internet (~9kbps).
