    When I arrived I was told we had two rooms because no room with two beds was available.

    I requested a non smoking room and was given a room on the 'smoking' floor because no other rooms were available.

    When we went to the rooms (which were not adjoining) we discovered one of the rooms had two beds in it after all.

    The Staff were NOT familiar with the rooms available.

    They did have a list of restaurants and shopping with directions printed for the guests at requests.

    Though polite and helpful the staff was not of the highest quality nor were they knowlegeable of the area when directions were requested.
