  First they had to move us into 3 different rooms, because the first two weren't prepared for guests - they were defrosting fridges and there was water and towels everywhere. Finally they gave us the "demo" room, which was better, but had no blankets, quirky air conditioner (artic or hot, no in between), dirty toilet, and no phone. The staff is gone when you get back from whatever you're there for (presumably a concert, like we were). So when the folks above us were having a party so loud it sounded like gorillas were moving furniture, there was no one to tell - calling the "on call" number got us a person in the laundry who didn't understand a word I said (so why is she answering the phone? The beds were too small for 2 people and very uncomfortable, so that didn't help with sleeping either. They ended up comping the room and giving us a coupon to return, but I don't think I'll ever go back.
