I agree with the reviewer who said there's a smell of smoke near the non-smoking rooms.
Fortunately, the smell wasn't IN the non-smoking room, so didn't bother me.
When I went to check in they said they had no rooms available even though I had a reservation.
They sent the laundry attendant who did nothing until I threatened to call the fire dept for the other guests safety,then she turned off power to room.
Every time I stayed, the desk staff was friendly and helpful.
I then requested a refund so I could go to a safer hotel and they told me I had to come back tommorow becuase no one mans the front desk at night.
The rooms are somewhat plain but clean- and having a kitchenette is a big bonus for me.
This is by no means a five star hotel- but for a clean, comfortable room, I am happy to stay here again.
They finally got housekeeping to clean a room for me, Then it got worse.
