The room was fine for the extended stay for my husband and I.
It rained for a while, but we made due with the coziness of the room.
Upon arriving I was told that even though I had a confirmed reservation for a no smoking room that they were all booked.
The online travel website booking was confirmed and it also clearly stated that I would be charged for 1 room (2 were reserved) even if I cancelled.
I felt like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place so we took the rooms.
It is a ride from Chicago but has plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby!
I was also told by the front desk staff that WHEN BOOKING ON THE INTERNET THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES.
The full size fridge was very useful and the room was clean.
They were very clear in the fact that I would be charged for this reservation even if I cancelled so I just didn't think they'd be able to do anything about the guaranteed room not being what was stated.
