Took a shower in the morning only to find that the towels and bathroom counter were infested with ants (after I used the towels!
The clientele didn't seem to be the best - marijuana smoke smell in the hallway leading to my room, someone lurking on the stairs when I returned to my room after dinner.
Manager was empathetic, very frustrated with her lack of empowerment to resolve the insect problem which she indicated was not limited to my room and that she was trying to resolve the housekeeping problems as well.
Counter in kitchen area had food or some sort of residue (but no ants in that area).
The price is pretty good, the staff is very courteous.
Their wi-fi is slower than dial-up, and you get to pay $5.
The staff is very courteous, the room is always extremely clean, I love that there is a kitchen with a full-size refridgerator, and it's very quiet even though there are about 3 different major roads that intersect there.
