I booked two double rooms, but for some reason all they had were suites, this wasn't a problem for my wife and I, but my two friends didn't want to share a bed.
There was a pull out bed in the suite, so it wasn't too bad, But,still not what I asked for on Booked.net, maybe that was Booked.net's fault and not the hotels though.
The bed was fine, but the pillows were either too big or too small, maybe I am just fussy.
The rooms are pretty darned small for suites, and when we arrived the kitchen was completely unequipped!
The floors were stained, the shower leaked, the toilet needed it's handle jiggled, the phones were static-y which kept the internet disconnecting (35 cents a call added up that way), yada yada yada.
Continental breakfast was great both mornings.
The front desk was incredibly friendly with a continental breakfast.
We had to call and request silverware pots pans dishes etc.
To them that means maid service once a week.
The staff were very friendly and very helpful.
So now I'm going to have to sit at the service desk while waiting for them to go thru lost and found for me.
Staff sevice was uneven with some having a "don't care" attitude.
The first two times there wasn't a manager around to get into the lost and found.
I was told the swimming pool was very nice and the gym looked good, so overall a fine place to stay if you are on a budget.
The pool was heated just enough to feel great as you slid into it.
The rooms were clean and spacious and well worth the value.
