We had an amazing time at this hotel with our group of friends. The lush greenery hanging from each floor created a beautiful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite and courteous, which we greatly appreciated.

We felt incredibly cared for during our stay and nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is located in a prime area close to popular shopping centers and the Industrial Estate. The Chinese restaurant and all-day dining options make it convenient for guests. The hotel is well-maintained, offering good value for the experience.

This place is gorgeous, quiet, and has great Wi-Fi, making the stay a fantastic value.

The functioning swimming pool and garden made for a pleasant stay. The spacious hotel compound offered a cool forest trail and a relaxing bar with live music beside the pool. It would have been better if there was a nice view from the room, but overall, it was still a good experience.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area close to Queensbay Mall, Georgetown, the airport, and Setia Spice convention center. Rooms are brand-new and beautifully maintained with great views, bathroom amenities, and good interiors. The staff is very efficient.

We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and expansive breakfast options. The variety and taste exceeded our expectations. The pool was fantastic, especially the cave area and the addition of a Jacuzzi was the cherry on top. The tropical and relaxing atmosphere of the hotel's surroundings made our stay truly enjoyable. Additionally, the Manager, John, went above and beyond with his exceptional hospitality, making our day well spent.

Although we had a wonderful experience, it would be great if there was a more convenient way to access the swimming pool without going through the main lobby. Furthermore, we found it unfortunate that there were no entertainment hubs nearby or a lounge for late-night supper.

I like the swimming pool and atmospere. Besides, car parking is enough for requirement.

Amazing food, caring staff with great buggy services to the golf club and shuttle services to the malls. Early check-in, parking on-site. Splendid views, nice pool, the shuttle to the airport.

This hotel is located in a hilly area, offering great views of the entire island. The rooms are spacious and well-designed with beautiful interiors. I especially appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like a baby cot and a bigger size bed. The hotel also offers basic amenities that met all my needs.

All was satisfactory during my stay at this hotel.

The nature of the the hotel

Great start of the year! We had a fantastic experience during our stay at this hotel. we received complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch. the hotel’s location was convenient as it was close to the beach and local attractions. we enjoyed the free shuttle service to the nearby shopping mall.

Despite the positives, there were some aspects we were not very fond of. The room was clean and well-maintained but we did experience some noise disturbance from the hallway.

Have to queue for quite sometime when checking in and out. Should have refund the RM5 of parking fee for those who are trying to park before they can check in.

Having stayed there before and giving excellent review, I decided to stay again due to location, the hotel now has new premium rooms on the club floor, I upgraded to one of these rooms and was not dissapointed, the room offered everything for the business traveller. Beautiful hotel would recomend to anyone.
