  Staff in forest resto are very courteous and efficient, vivo City is really interesting too, location of this hotel is too good. For the price you pay, you would expect better service, beds, bathrooms are very comfortable well maintained and pillows are excellent for me after walking for the whole day. Pool is clean and big.

  Food was forest restaurant was great, location wise was near the underwater world and close to cafes, the position and size of the hotel was fantastic. The interior of the deluxe guest room we stayed in was quite luxurious and the staff were also very helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the Dinner Buffets were just as good. Concierge was very efficient and quick.

  My room was having great view and nice designed, the hotel has a friendly staff and the manager was very attentive to our needs, the reception service was really good. Bathrooms were big and luxurious enough, breakfast was fantastic.

  Very nice view from huge balcony, awesome stay and our smart maid called the front desk. Room was spacious and comfortable, the choice was excellent and the staff were good.

  The balcony , has a fantastic view of the harbour and the cable cars, room service food quality is also too good. The lobby is beautiful and the staff is extremely nice, super King bed that can comfortably sleep 2 adults and 1 kid. The gym is also very well equipped.

  Our room was facing the waterpark and VIVOCity, a beautiful morning sunrise view, food was great and the quality of service was greatly appreciated as well, the staff were friendly and helpful. Luxurious bathroom was a sight to behold, breakfast spread was awesome.

  All in all other than the fabulouspool the hotel was extremely disappointing, staff were very good and the rooms were on the small side and were just okay.

  Breakfast at palio offered neither variety nor exceptional quality and the Concierge staff Vincent was very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and clean, very comfortable.

  At Marina Bay sands hotel 's free and customer service excellent. Huge room by Singapore standards and one big bathtub. Fine dining restaurant only.
