I was looking forward to swim To Expensive to have the heating not working in the swimming pool. To expensive for the quality of the rooms. It ca be rustic but with good qualitiy of material.

overall concept, inc location, design of rooms, lobby.... pool area, walks friendliness and helpfulnes of staff restaurant food generally excellent but not served hot enough (no hacia suficiente calor)
Simply not suitable for wintertimes. Far too cold, you should have been paying us! The main design flaw for an all-year-round hotel is the absence of a proper heatable restaurant -- the chimineas... well you might as well have had pictures of heater. you need a design with 'smart' (retractable) walls but also the habitationes were inadequately heated and lacked floor rugs. the floor was ice-cold. Surprisingly limited view, made worse by fact that the blinds don't work very well hence impede the outlook such as it is (we were in room #2) door to our bathroom very noisy as you close it
