Hotel is nice and convenient. Be aware it is within an area that is in the process of gentrification and the area has a long way to go. It is very close to Taksim square and very conveniently located but still the immediate area deserves an awareness on the part of the guests. The pricing point for this small residence is good given its location. I was generally pleased with the place overall.

Few hundreds meters from Taksim square, close to many shops and restaurants. The receptionist was very helpful; they changed our room when we asked for it.

Only 3 minutes walk from the metro station Taksim - the centre of the city :) Good breakfast :) Gas heating - I was able to heat my room as I want. Wery good appartment :)

I stayed at En Estambul Residences, and I really liked my stay there. The room is clean and so is the bath room. The staff is so friendly, and happy to help if they are able to do so. Although the area is a bit poor, you can buy vegetables and fruits from the small shops beside the hotel with reasonable price. The location is perfect, a walk area from Istiklal Street. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors.

Very good location in the city, only few minutes walking to the Istiklal Caddesi main shopping street and Taksim Square (metro station). The hotel is new and modern, the room was spacious. The reception staff was nice. Breakfast was served in our room. Supermarkets and restaurant within 100 metres. The area is developing rapidly (was not the best location few years ago but continuously changing and it is not dangerous).

There could be few more things in the kitchen (had only one glass, spoon). There was no pot but when we asked for it they gave us one quickly.

The staff are very friendly , the rooms are clean and tidy ,its location is 5 min. walk to Taksim metro station and to Istiklal street., and there is a market very close to it.

the view from the rooms are not good , its very close to Taksim but the neighborhood is quite creepy and looks dangerous , but it was Ok in the end

En estanbul residences managed to give us an early check-in as requested. It was close to taksim square and was still distanced from major traffic.

The hotel staff was hard to contact, it took us a very long time to get a reply by e-mail. On which we decided to call them, me and my wife have 4 languages in between us two and have basic knowledge over several other language. Sadly they did not understand any of these. We relied on another guest that they passed us to actually confirm our booking. The rooms were not soundproofed and there is no view. The hotel is in located off the main roads in a normal turkish alleyway.

Some of the staff members where very pleasent. But one was very bad.

The room was clean and for the budget travell it is was perfect. It is situated just 2 min walk from the most happening street in Istanbul - iskalal .

The entry is from back ally which can be really dark in the night. It is only 100 mt from the main road but kind of scary in the night. It is situated in a black ally with old residential buildings.
