It was value for money. Ideal place, it was tidy and had very efficient and extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. I had a nicely decorated and a nice size room. The location was comfortable, just a pleasant stroll away from Subang Parade Shopping Centre. There were a mall and a large shopping mall around the hotel. A train station was close to the venue.

The breakfast was good and fine at the coffee house, with a great selection of excellent options. The room was new-fashioned: extremely comfy bed, large bathroom. Obviously I thoroughly enjoyed the good and excellent location on a shopping mall.

I had amazing food for breakfast at the coffee house. The room was brand-new and beautifully maintained with the bedroom, 13 floors, I greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was very close to the mall and parking, many restaurants and shops and restaurants. Also, the property was a 10-15 minute walk from Subang Parade Shopping Centre.

This hotel offers nice cozy and well laid out rooms with nice interior design, bedroom on the inner end. The location is comfortable and magnificent, 3 miles from Sunway Pyramid Mall. There is a good restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from property.

A decent size room with breakfast, value for money in comparison to other hotels. Friendliness of the staff. Particularly good setting in the nice enough area, close to restaurants, cafe, a supermarket, money exchange and other shops, shopping complex and restaurants, and Kuala Lumpur, located close to train station, 40 minutes to KL center.

Convenient location near my workplace and a mall. Comfortable mattress and great pillows. Fast check-in process. Good breakfast options and a variety of shops and restaurants available within the building. Shopping mall located below adds to the convenience.

Had beautifully designed and large room with balcony for a comfortable stay. Magnificent very central location just next door to Puchong and shops and restaurants and restaurants, cafe, a supermarket, money exchange and other shops. Had tea and goodies at The Coffee Club, nestled 1 mi of the hotel...

Friendliness from the whole staff. Convenient check-in and friendly customer service. The check out is late. Location so close to a shopping mall, near to amenities and KL center.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Booked a room with 2 king beds. The accommodation had a very central location close to Sunway lagoon by car. Further, it was near food outlets in the mall.

The adjacent shopping mall makes it easy to find everything you need. Despite a mix-up with WIFI and TV, the staff were able to resolve our issues in a timely manner. we had a pleasant stay.

The Hotel is new with good design.

The facilities should have improved such as passenger lift to Hotel is very slow, meanwhile the lift is used as good lift as well. There is no toothbrush provided.

Good breakfast with a wide array of great foods. Convenient check-in, late check-out. A gym was a big bonus too. Absolutely perfect, ideal location with Empire shopping center. And adjacent to the Empire Shopping Gallery where there are shops, restaurants, and a grocery store and many restaurants.

Gorgeous hotel, it was clean, and the staff was supper friendly. Our room was large with breakfast, just what was needed.

Had a very nice stay for 3 nights during a business trip, glad I've chosen it. I greatly enjoyed the amazing food they offered. It had particularly good and perfect location very close to a shopping mall which has lots of restaurants and all the shops at the mall and the LRT/Train station.

The room was decent sized, practical with nice decor and the overall experience was fairly nice. The staff were all amazingly kind and very courteous. The location was particularly good and magnificent: shopping malls and a market were within walking distance.
