The service was great, the room was clean and had nice cold A/C.
First, the location is superb, the decor is beautiful, great restaurant and bar, the most impressive thing in the rooms are the beds.
Well the location did prove to be great, all the employees we met during our stay were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the staff were fantastic.

Great view and stylish hotel. Staff friendliness and helpful, very good bed. Convenient bar, nice restaurants going west on Houston st.

The sheets aren't ironed, no clean towels and 39; no managers visible.
