had a good stay here. lots of food for breakfast, which was nice to satisfy everyone. we truly enjoyed the stay, my room was huge and big size with a confortable bed as well as balcony. location: the hotel was really close to restaurants, kfc, mall and convenient stores and as many stores and food store. furthermore, it was near blissful memorial park.

It has exceptionally nice location just off shops and eateries, food store and many restaurants. The units are impressive, beautiful for large bed.

The location was favourable near food area. Besides, it was just off Malaysia, restaurants, KFC, Mall and convenient stores, and other convenient store. Really enjoyed a writing desk, a kettle and an iron in the room.

Because of a problem with the a twin room I was upgraded and had large and huge room with balcony.

There is lots of savoury food for breakfast. It has unbeatable, nice setting, close to the restaurants and fast foods. Also, Parkson Ria is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

I had a great time during my stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They offered us complimentary drinks upon arrival and even gave us helpful tips on the best local restaurants to try. The location of the hotel was also perfect as it was close to all the major attractions. One of the best aspects was the breathtaking view from our room.

Although the overall experience was good, there were a couple of things that could be improved. The bathroom was not well-maintained and could use a thorough cleaning.

The bed cover need to be changed, mine was torn.

Got basement parking. The HouseKeeping respond is fast.

Got mosquito in Deluxe Room.

It was all superb.

Cozy and clean room, affordable room service lunch set, convenient location near eateries and mall. The bed was comfortable but slightly noisy from adjacent rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the strategic location of this hotel, it was very convenient for transportation as it was next to the highway and near to the city centre. Also, the area was surrounded by several restaurants and shops which made it easy for us to find everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and quick to respond to our requests. it was a great value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the value for money was excellent. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with one big-sized bed on the upper floor and some even had balconies. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

No significant issues encountered during my stay.
