  The ocean view was fantastic and beach was clean right in front of the condo. This place was amazing, the staff were always very helpful and checkout was painless. The rooms were very large and the kitchen had beautiful granite counters. The pools were great.

  The location is perfect and a fabulous beach vacation at Emerald Isle. This place is amazing, the staff is very friendly and the employees keep the grounds spotless. The balcony is very large, the local bar/restuarant scene is colorful and diverse, the heated pool is only heated beginning of May.

  Great view, quick elevators, clean and the hot tub is huge and warm and very near the beach. The parking at Emerald Isle is the worst, oaseas staff is amazing and are very friendly, the owners of 1607 have created a lovely. The oversize balcony is awesome for watching the dolphins.

  A great location for sure and nice large hot tub and the Beach at Emerald Isle. Best place to stay, com Good rates and the staff were very helpful in solving any minor problems. The very spacious balcony was to die for.

  Well furnished and a beautiful view, best Condo ON THE BEACH, the Emerald Isle provided wonderful accomodations. The room was very nice, yes, All the towels and sheets were clean.

  The location of the property is just west of the hwy, the balcony overlooking the beach is spacious and furniture a little beat up and the kitchen not stocked very well.

  Great place to stay, hot tub drained.

  No lobby and limited amenities, rude staff, the pools were never overly crowded and jacuzzi was huge.
