The value for money at Emerald was excellent and the junior suite we stayed in was fantastic. The location was convenient and just a short taxi ride away from the amazing new mall. The staff at Emerald were very helpful, polite, and treated us like royalty.

Breakfast offerings could be improved by including proper coffee options like macchiatos and espressos.

It is the best hotel in Pristina. It is very comfortable, clean, new and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Very comfortable room and great bathroom. The restaurant meals were excellent, compliments to the chef with a good range of great wines. All in all, a highly recommended hotel.

We loved the quiet location away from the center, friendly staff, and the delicious breakfast. The spa area was incredibly clean, and the king bed was extremely comfortable for us adults. Our two young children had plenty of room on the pull-out couch. The pool, terrace, and spa were all amazing, and the food was super yummy!

We were in Pristina during a period of heavy snow, when travelling was difficult. The hotel gave us a very comfortable place to prepare our work.

The hotel doesn't have the advantage of either being close to the town or to the airport - there is a daily shuttle to Pristina, but the time of the morning bus didn't suit us.

The wedding ceremony that took place at the hotel was absolutely stunning. The outdoor setting near the pool was beautifully arranged with candles and flower petals, creating a romantic atmosphere. The location, although outside of the city and near the Pristina-Skopje motorway, provided a secluded and peaceful ambiance for the event. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great service from the friendly staff. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options to start the day.

The hotel pool was overbooked and crowded with both guests and the public. Despite plenty of empty chairs, it was difficult to find a space to relax and enjoy the pool.

I had a great stay at a hotel outside the city center but easily accessible from the airport. The hotel was immaculately clean and had great facilities such as a fitness room and spa. The breakfast was excellent and there were several options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating towards guests' needs.

Located in a peaceful area close to a major motorway, this hotel offers delicious food in all its restaurants. Rooms are spacious and modern with comfortable beds and excellent amenities. The staff provides excellent service, while the buffet breakfast is diverse and fresh. The swimming pool, gym and sauna are available for guests’ enjoyment, and there are stunning views of the surrounding fields.

The hotel's furniture is beginning to show signs of wear and needs minor repairs.

We had a lovely romantic getaway with great complementary breakfast and excellent service from the staff. The location was peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and the perfect place to relax. The indoor pool was a highlight, and we also appreciated the well-equipped fitness room.

The bathroom was a bit of a hazard with a high bathtub, and there was only one bathrobe provided for two people. there were no good options for nearby restaurants, so we had to rely solely on the hotel's restaurant, which had limited options.

This venue is a luxurious haven with exclusive amenities. The Spa & Wellness Centre is exceptional, and I enjoyed my facial and massage with the professional and friendly staff. The indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room were spotlessly clean. I relaxed in the Jacuzzi overlooking the garden area and enjoyed the sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The restaurant offered delicious meals with fantastic presentation and service. The room was magnificent with exclusive advantages, including a private bathroom, in-room breakfast, and my balcony overlooking the outdoor swimming pool.

The location was excellent, although a shuttle service to the main city would be a useful addition. this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for a luxurious and tranquil getaway.

The hotel was located outside the city, requiring transportation to explore the area. Some difficulties with the AC in the rooms, made things too warm.
